Privacy

The short version

No accounts, no cookies, no advertising trackers. The only personal data we keep is your email address, and only if you sign up for updates.

Who is responsible

Coffee Ride Mallorca is run by Justo Herrero, in Mallorca, Spain. For anything about your data, write toinfosuperanfitrion@gmail.com.

Email updates

If you sign up, your email address is stored with MailerLite(UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU), the service that sends the emails. You first get an email asking you to confirm, and nothing more is sent until you do.

We use it only to tell you about new routes and coffee stops. It is never sold or shared. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and your address is deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Umami, which uses no cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not store your IP address. It records which pages are viewed and a few actions, such as downloading a GPX or signing up, as anonymous totals.

Hosting and maps

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives your IP address to deliver the pages and may keep it briefly in security logs. Vercel is based in the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers outside the EU.

Maps load their images from OpenStreetMap's servers, which also receive your IP address when they send them.

On your own device

The routes, climbs and coffee stops you save, and the town you're staying in, are kept in your browser's local storage. They never reach us. If you install the app, it also keeps a copy of some pages so they work offline. You can clear both in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to take it with you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to infosuperanfitrion@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority,AEPD.
