The short version

Coffee Ride Mallorca is a free guide. The routes, GPX files, times and coffee stop details are there to help you plan a ride, not to promise that a road, a café or a time is as described. You ride at your own risk and you are responsible for your own safety.

Routes and GPX files

Most routes are drawn along OpenStreetMap roads, with elevations from the Spanish national terrain model. Unless a route says "Tested by a local", nobody has ridden it for this site. A route can include roads that are closed, damaged, unpaved, very busy or not suitable for a road bike, and roads change. Distances, climbing and riding times are estimates.

Check the route against current conditions before you go, and do not follow your device where it is not safe or not allowed. The GPX files are for your own personal use.

Your safety

Cycling on the road is dangerous, and Mallorca has long descents, narrow roads, tunnels, heat and heavy traffic in some places and seasons. Ride to your level and to the conditions, wear a helmet, follow the traffic rules and take enough water and food. Tell someone where you are going and carry a phone.

Coffee stops and other details

Opening hours, prices, menus and facilities such as bike racks come from the cafés' own websites and social media, or from our own visits, and they change. When something is not confirmed, the page says "To verify". Check with the place before you rely on it.

Liability

The site and everything on it is provided "as is", without any guarantee of accuracy or that it is complete or up to date. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage that comes from using the site or following a route. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
