About this climb
Coll de Femenia is the climb on the Ma-10 from the Pollença side up towards Lluc, at the start of the big loop of the north. Measured from where the road starts to climb in earnest, a few kilometres out of Pollença, it is 8.5 km long and gains about 430 m, an average of 5.1 %.
The first four kilometres are the steepest, between 6 and 7 %. Then the road eases for about a kilometre before the final stretch to the col at around 5 %.
Over the top the road continues through the woods to the Santuari de Lluc, where Cafè sa Plaça is on the monastery square.
The climb is measured on the route’s track, drawn along OpenStreetMap roads, with elevations from the official Spanish terrain model.

The first four kilometres are the hardest. Don't go too deep there: the road eases for a kilometre afterwards, before the last steady push to the col.
